Another day, another home workout. I made excuses for a long time. Workouts had to be for X amount of minutes or I had to run X number of miles or it didn’t count.. and if I didn’t “count”, why bother doing anything at all? A couple friends of mine have inspired me and reminded me that “something is better than nothing.” And you know what, they are right. So even if I can only get 20 minutes in here or there and during which the baby is crying, the preschooler is demanding to watch a show and the Pomeranian is peeing upstairs on the kitchen floor (all of which happened today) … little workouts at home do start to add up. And if anything, I still look pretty good in my Under Armour gear ;)
