Just finished my @movewithnicole video this morning. I’m over 50, closing in on officially mid-50s, too. I’ve added Pilates into my workouts this past season and - WOW! I’ve listed 4 benefits I’ve seen in the video, but there are more. I definitely feel like my posture has improved, too. @movewithnicole has amazing videos that I find really challenging. It seems like the smallest movement, but I can feel the strength, balance and confidence building even as I’m executing. Do you do Pilates? What has been your experience?
