Two of these things kept me walking all last winter, one I’ve added this year and it is already helping. 1. Fleece-lined leggings are surprisingly warm. I’m so glad I tried them. These are from Amazon and very affordable. I wore my two pairs all last winter and they are still good as new. 2. This summer, we added weighted vests. They create some heat pretty quickly to keep me warmer faster on these walks. I got mine from @walmart , but I’ve linked an Amazon one for you. 3. This long, faux fur lined vest has been a game changer. The length and lining really keep me warm. I love having my arms free for movement. I can control warmth by layering underneath it, too.
