I did a little run through some favorites stores yesterday to get inspired for the new month and the dead of winter. I was kinda surprised at how many fresh pieces were out. It’s a time of year where things can be a bit picked over, but I found some f r e s h and it made me so happy. Let’s get started: First of all, I showed up in my @mother Rascals , an Amazon sweater and @newbalance black sneakers. I planned to try some things with those items and they go with so much. (Linked - or similar) ⭐️⭐️⭐️ First, I tried the leopard sweater. Loved the length and style and it was super cozy for the dead of winter. Great buy. Very versatile for the entire season and for years to come. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The gray/black @mother weekenders are a 5 out of 5 stars. They are a best-selling style in a gorgeous shade of gray. Year round winners. These are worth every penny for versatility, slimming, styling, color, staying power. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also, getting 5 stars is the color block sweater. I loved this sweater. Works styled several ways (see my last two posts) and the pop of red gave me life on a gray, drizzly winter day. ⭐️ The Free People twill I loved on the rack, but felt like Curious George once I put it on. I linked the two on-line which don’t look nearly as yellow/orange as the one in store. Loved the style and twill, but the color was a “no”. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Bookie Jean was very pretty, but I don’t think it had much stretch which I’m starting to require. Very pretty cut, though. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I saw some new @pistoladenim cuffed jeans that I did not try on, but wished I would’ve. I’ve linked them for you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ @jcrew had some fun new looks including the striped top. I will be recreating that look with the cream sweater and white top this week. What do you think?
