✨R E S T✨ is cool, rest is sexy, rest is fun 😅 forget hustle culture for a minute, instead take some time to relaaax. I did that this week despite my full inbox, and I feel like a new woman 💃 I’m a firm believer if you don’t take time for rest then your body will stop you - and it’s usually at the least convenient time too 🫠 Sometimes I worry if I stop then life will pass me by and I’ll miss out on huge opportunities and amazing experiences, but often the “amazing” experiences aren’t all they’re cracked up to be, instead putting your feet up with a cup of tea is sometimes exactly what you need (have you ever heard anything more British?)💷 Maybe I’m becoming a bit of a 👵 but anyway this is your sign to REST this week, you can thank me later 😉 LTKFitness LTKcurves LTKtravel
