This green smoothie is refreshing, semi-sweet, and a little spicy, but exactly what we need right now to boost our immune system during the winter months.
Ingredients for 2:
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1 celery stick (I do not like the taste of celery, but thankfully the remaining ingredients mask the taste)
- 3 big pieces of frozen pineapple
- 1 cup of bananas
- 1/3 English cucumber
- 1 lime
- 1 ginger
- 1 tumeric
- 2 table spoons of ground chia seeds
- 1 non-fat coconut Greek yogurt (Trader Joe’s)
- 1 cup of spring water
Sprinkled some cinnamon and ground chia seeds on top!✨
