Christmas Tree tip of the Day!!! For years, I’ve had to wait on my husband to help bring the Christmas Tree down out of the attic. BUT NOT THIS YEAR!!! Something clicked and I just thought why not take it down in pieces! So I did. We’ve had this 9ft Flocked @kingofchristmas tree for 7yrs and it’s still as gorgeous ever. And well, my tree is still topless because I do need my husband and a ladder to get up that high. My recommendation would be to mix old and new items. It’s totally okay to buy beautiful and affordable seasonal decor but remember it’s temporary.

I love to create centerpieces that both bold and stylish and since it’s Christmas time this one had to be seasonal. I usually decorate in odd numbers. I started with a stylish floral arrangement (old vase and tray), a custom nutcracker, and a Christmas candle. There will be a lot of time spent in my kitchen these next few months so I wanted my island decor to be festive and a conversation piece!

If you love an easy holiday DIY project you should definitely give this one a try.

I used this garland from @athomestores that I purchased for just $14.99 along with some holiday stems from @michaelsstores (on sale, of course), cut them into pieces and added them to the garland where I saw fit. I used command hooks to secure the garland onto the mirror and I didn’t have any problems with it falling.

How hard can it be - DIY Bathroom Faucet Upgrade Pt 1

I found myself home alone with 2 new beautiful gold faucets that needed to be installed in my master bathroom and I tried. I really tried hard. I wanted to learn and accomplish something on my own and I did just that.

The removal and installation process of the old and new faucet wasn’t bad at all and I found myself on YouTube a few times watching tutorials. I literally got 80% of it done on my own and the next time it will be 95-100% I’m claiming it.

Teen Bedroom Makeover - Starting over with a Blank canvas!

Selecting my daughter’s teen bed pose a few challenges, but it has arrived, and we’ve set it up! She had her heart set on a storage bed so that what she got. It was fairly easy for my husband and I to assemble and it lifts with ease. Seeing everything come together is my favorite part. It gives me a visual of where to go next. I love how the room is already starting to feel like a teenagers cozy haven.
