Stop throwing your berries away! These produce storage containers are the real MVP among the many kitchen goods I’ve tried. They keep our fruits, veggies, and salad lasting so much longer! I literally never have to throw berries away anymore. I have recommended these so many times, but have never really explained exactly how they work so well. The best part is the fact that you can wash the grapes/etc first and the container is designed to keep your produce stored in the ideal environment. The storage container actually IS a strainer/colander itself (so you could also store straight from the store, then wash as needed, like I do for broccoli). There’s a snap-on tray at the bottom to add water, to help produce items that need it to maintain adequate humidity, and air vents on each end of the box allowing you the option to close off or encourage airflow, again catering to the needs of your produce items. I love that there is no guess work involved in using these containers. Each container has examples of items you would put inside (leafy greens, peppers, grapes, etc.), as well as exactly how to store them, are printed directly on the lid. These are clear for keeping everything visible, so the kids are encouraged to help themselves to fresh healthy snacks! Having everything accessible and ready to eat is a game changer, and reduces food waste.
