These new $12.98 running shorts are so nice! They have a built in liner and they have pockets! Lots of color/patterns and they are available in sizes XS-3X. I got a large (my normal short size) and I probably could’ve done a medium (I’m 5’7 and 165 lbs). They do have an elastic waist. LTKActive
