Sling chairs with a view. I’ve spent a lot of time wondering what to put out on this deck because it’s very sunny and it can be windy here so furniture can get blown around. I decided for now on a couple chairs that can be folded up and put away when not in use.

Love these Mexican blankets I just purchased for the outdoor fire pit. We were able to watch the Perseid meteor shower last weekend. There was a meteor about every minute. Unfortunately I had to wake up at 4am but it was worth it.

If you look closely we added an electric stove to this fireplace. It adds ambiance and heat with a button on a remote. We don’t have gas at this house and we wanted to keep the campfire smell and mess in the outdoor fire pit. This is a great solution for a vacation rental property where you want to keep things easy for your guests.

Shirtdress #2. I love a denim shirtdress this one has a little frayed detail. Love that these dresses can be transitioned to fall with some different styling but also work for the dog days of summer.

Amazon linen curtains that only look expensive. Of course we don’t want to block this view, but sometimes you want a little break from the sun. Get the extra long ones and hang them higher.
