Wearing a medium in this oversized striped matching set but should have stuck to my true size small. The waist is so stretchy and the material is super soft!! Lots of striped color ways

What I wore this week! From casual bike rides with the family to a staycation and dinner with a friend, date night with the hubby, and a backyard bbq with family friends. This was a fun filled summer week. As usual, stripes was a common theme.

For anything that’s out of stock, I tagged similar products. I would size up in the eyelet shirt for length but everything else is TTS. The “a normal day” top is 43% off.

The Amazon knit sleeveless tank has a clickable coupon currently. The white button down I threw over my shoulders is a size large because I always wear it loose. It’s also on sale at Nordstrom.

Daily hydration: low sodium, no sugar or calories electrolyte powder (my favorite is the cherry pomegranate flavor), superfood greens that doesn’t taste disgusting, l-glumatmine for workout days (half a scoop to help with muscle recovery). Blend it up with about 6 ounces of water then add ice and more water!
