I love reading about girl’s self-care routines. They are usually roundups of what the girls do to stay “low maintenance” but are actually pretty high maintenance things, hence the title.

Usually this list consists of blowouts, Botox, lash and nail extensions — but since I don’t consider myself high maintenance (although my husband may disagree) I don’t do any of those things. Here’s what I do instead:

A friend of mine’s daughter just turned one and they needed ideas on what to spend money on for her gift. I came up with QUITE an extensive list and the top of it was the Yoto player.
