Do you love the luxe designer fridges? ME TOO!! I always have loved appliances, and fridges have topped that list, even when I was a kid. I just love looking in them, how they’re set up, how clean they are when they’re empty… I also cook a LOT and our fridges in the rentals we lived in prior were always packed, so I knew I wanted a lot of space. Keep in mind, we live a lonnng way from town, so “just running into the grocery store for dinner” is sort of an ordeal. We try to keep a lot of food and staples on hand! We saw this fridge in another home before we started building and we knew it had to be for us. It’s the only “designer dupe” I know of on the market — huge single-panel separate fridge and freezer — but about ⅓ of the price of the other top luxury fridges on the market. I couldn’t stomach spending that much on a fridge, especially when I loved this option so much. Plus I actually liked the look of this one better than most of the designer ones!! PS - this fridge is not “built-in”. It’s technically two freestanding units, and it comes with magnetic trim pieces that fit around it and make it look like it’s built in. So it is a different set-up than many of the built-in designer pieces (which is one of many reasons the pricing is so much lower).
