Fun fact: I am a certified yoga teacher! It feels like another lifetime ago! I loved teaching as couldn’t go more than couple days without practicing. But I moved away from my home studio and couldn’t find one I loved. As part of 2025 goals I am starting again tomorrow! Here is my must haves! I know this yoga mat is pricey but I have done COUNTLESS classes, both teaching and learning and it still looks and feels brand new. I would buy it again!
