Today I’m making delicious Pecan Puff cookies- the sifted cake flour is the key to tender flaky cookies! Not only is my recipe a longtime favorite; but even more is my love for my Kitchen Aid mixer. I got this for a wedding present 34 years ago!
And for all my friends out there who may over eat cookies just a little this time of year 😉, here’s a tip for you while baking! Out in some white strips while you’re in the kitchen and doing lot’s of baking. You won’t find yourself eating too many cookies! You can enjoy later once you take those white strips out!
