Bring on shorts weather. I have been more comfortable in my skin now that I've gotten control over bloating and just feeling unwell. This morning I am down 13 pounds since Jan 10th. I did this without exercise (except for the nice days I played with the dogs outside). 80/20 rule. I don't label things as "bad" but rather how they make me feel after eating them.
