Prep-friendly pancakes? Yes!!! This has been my breakfast for the last two months and I wouldn’t mind having it for breakfast every morning for the rest of my life! I’m not even sure I can call this a recipe because of how easy it is but here ya go! INGREDIENTS 🥣 1/2 c oats (or oat flour if you want to skip the blender) 🥚 4oz egg whites 🤏 baking powder 🪄 cinnamon & stevia to taste DIRECTIONS 1. Add all ingredients to blender 2. Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved. 3. Cook on stove on low-medium heat. Once bubbles start to form, it’s time to flip! 4. Remove and add desired toppings! I used 1 c blueberries and about 1-2tbsp monkfruit syrup for mine. MACROS (Excluding topping) 205 calories/P 15/C 26/F 2 NOTE: you can also easily switch up this recipe by adding mix-ins and swapping the toppings.
