I stepped on the scale and I’m at my heaviest weight yet. 😅
Now, I’ve always been slim but after having a baby and now that I’m in my 30s, my metabolism has slowed way down.
5’5” and 160s I’m overweight.
I’m trying to live a healthier lifestyle starting in the kitchen. Not only for me but for my child. AND WE ALL KNOW that the gym doesn’t work unless you eating right. 🫶🏽
