Skincare Morning: -Vitamin C: -Daytime moisturizer: -eye balm: Nighttime: For nighttime I do skin cycling -Night 1 is exfoliant: I use Paula’s choice toner on a cotton round first (it’ll make your pores so small & clear!) -After that dries I use the Cerave exfoliating serum -Then use my night moisturizer -& eye cream -night 2 is retinol -then the nighttime moisturizer & eye cream -night 3 is recovery So just nighttime moisturizer, eye cream -& then I do slugging so I put a small amount of aquaphor all over my face, neck & chest. It basically just locks in all of that moisturizer Starting out you might need 2 nights of recovery Then I repeat nights 1-3 over and over Just make sure to never do exfoliant and retinol on the same night
