This simple healing honey latte is one of my favorite healing drinks between meals for mommas. It’s soothing, warming and the chamomile just feels like the perfect anytime indulgence. 🌼

PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: 10 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 20 minutes
SERVINGS: 3
INGREDIENTS
* 4 cups filtered water
* 6 tablespoons dried organic chamomile
* 4 tablespoons raw honey
* 1 cup coconut, almond or cow milk
DIRECTIONS
Bring water to a boil. Add chamomile to a heat proof jar and pour in boiling water. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. Strain into a container to cool. Add honey and set aside to cool to warm or room temperature. When ready for your latte, warm up chamomile and add 1 cup of steamed milk. Stir and enjoy warmed.
