It's an amazing little tool that sprays and wipes all in one to clean your screens - tablets, laptops, car displays, TV's, etc. The wipe side has a scratch proof microfiber "towel" and it doesn't leave finger prints or streaks. A smoothie add-in from Thorne with great benefits for your cycle! It has a very strong berry scent and flavor so I really can't take it unless it's in a smoothie.
