Now that I finally decided that I’m not stressing out about my daughter eating puréed foods or BLW & I’m just going with a bit of both, I love making food for her. I try to make her food balanced, meaning that I try to incorporate protein and different color vegetables & fruits. This lentil purée is one of her favorites! I like to make it chunky so she can try a bit more of the textures.
