Last week, the town of Franklin said goodbye to Daisy King, affectionately known as “Miss Daisy,” the heart and soul behind Miss Daisy’s Kitchen. From her famous strawberry cake (pictured here) to comforting soups, salads, and casseroles, Miss Daisy was the epitome of Southern hostess, always ready with a smile and a warm conversation.
