These Apple Pie Parfaits are sooo good🐝✨ Madd’s Apple Pie Parfait Recipe Ingredients: For the Caramelized Apples: 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup sugar 3 apples (peeled, sliced, and chopped) 2 tablespoons butter Water (to speed up cooking) For the Parfait Layers: Cookie butter (enough to coat the bottom of your cup) Greek yogurt (or yogurt of choice) Granola 1-2 bananas (sliced) Caramel sauce (for drizzling) Instructions: Caramelize the Apples: In a large frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the cinnamon, salt, and sugar to the butter and stir to combine. Once the butter is melted, add the sliced apples. Cook, stirring occasionally. To speed up cooking, add a splash of water to the pan and let the apples simmer until they begin to caramelize and become tender, but still have a bit of crispness.
