Has anyone tried Dossier perfumes from @Walmart? Noelle stumbled upon them the other day and insisted on taking this one home! (ad). They had a bunch of great scents, all inspired by luxury perfume brands, but at a very budget-friendly price! She said this one smells like Gucci Bloom, which she doesn't have yet (she asked for Flora last Christmas) - lots to choose from!!!
