You would not believe the messages I have received asking for "budget friendly" Halloween sparkle.If I had to rank by quality and cost...QOS is the most expensive but also quality. Brianna Cannon would be next for price, quality is good.Then I like the Whiskey Darling candy corn I have on today. It is very comfy as well (not scratchy). And the lesser price of all 3.But I have also tagged Amazon options but note... the lower price options I see a lot of reviews that they fall apart...fast.Happy Sparkle shopping all!
