This one for me is a No. This is a size 14 but I have noticed there is not MUCH different between the 14 and 16 at Lilly Pulitzer when it comes to certain material. This is very ill fitting IMOit is for sure not for anyone with hips, a booty, or any kind of stomach. You can see every lump and bump area. And it was tight across my chest as well.
