This cleansing balm melts away your eye makeup! I used to use neutrogena face wipes and those irritated my eyes so bad… I wet my face, grab alittle of the balm on my fingers and massage eyes! Dab water and continue to rub off, then I follow with my Obagi PM skin steps (also linked in my LTK!)
