This is one of my FAVORITE desserts to make for Spring. I make it every Easter and it’s so easy and delicious! 🐰 First, I make fresh whip cream using heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla (2 teaspoons). I just start with the heavy cream and start layering (not really measuring) in the powdered sugar until I see it get to a super fluffy consistency. I then add in one cup of organic greek yogurt and mix well! There are so many different recipes for this and some using coconut flakes and other nuts. I make mine with just fruits and marshmallows.
