my goals for the 45 days: - no alcohol (& I LOVE a good craft cocktail so ngl, I’ll miss this!) but excited to see how I feel/ if I’m less inflamed with this change! Had a mocktail the other night at dinner with friends and I didn’t feel like I was missing out! - get in daily movement: can be a walk, run, gym session, workout class, etc! - listen to 10 min of an audio book: first book is The Power of Habit & so far it’s interesting! - focus on more protein - less screen time !!! this is hard for me 🙈 first office day was a success !! definitely loving being up earlier. my hack that is working to build a new habit: when my alarm goes off I sit up and drink water. I’m not a morning person and idk it’s working so far lol!
