I adore this oversized turtleneck sweater from Pretty Garden. It works great over leggings but could also be worn as a dress if you are a bit shorter than I am. It comes in a gazillion colors, and I am eyeing the pink, the blue green, and the army green, too!! I’ve worn it over a simple white button down and rolled the sleeves a bit to show the white cuffs and paired it with my favorite CRZ Yoga matte black faux leather leggings and black cowboy boots.
