I tried so many different sports and I found a workout combo that is efficient for this season of my life. One of them is Yoga.
Improved strength, Slow movements, Deep breathing, Stretching, balance, coordination, mobility, and flexibility are the keys to a successful and sustainable workout regimen.
One way to keep challenging myself and target these skills is via yoga. And let me say yoga is not for the week.
