Corset or Sweetheart tops are usually a good choice for hourglass figures…especially for dresses for photoshoots. 😍

This dress was amazing for this Photoshoot, the perfect color for the brick in the room and I paired it with two different cardigans for some variation.

All neutral is a beautiful and simple way to choose the outfits for a family photoshoot, but if that’s all you do then all of your images end up looking the same.

Adding additional soft colors like this purple, or interesting patterns like these overalls or thicker textures like this men’s top can take the “all neutrals” look to the next level.

This way you still get the soft feel of all neutrals but with some added color and interest. Giving you more unique and styled results.

I just love this set. I need all the colors! It’s going to work for every season, even summer, the pants are just so comfy!!! This set is a size small and it’s was $98 for both! You can use the pieces to mix and match with other pieces from Free People. The pants run big and the top is true to size. I could’ve done an XS in the pants, but then the shirt would be too small, so I stuck with a small for both.

Often forgotten and sometimes unnecessary, shoes and accessories for photoshoots can be difficult to choose. What’s right, what’s wrong, can my kids just wear their crocs?

Sometimes the best choice is no shoes at all! Like for a beach photoshoot or a cozy studio session.

But, if you are in need of some shoes or accessories for your next family photoshoot I’ve got a few tips.

1. Avoid any shoes that you use for every day needs like athletic sneakers, natives, crocs etc. They will most likely clash with your outfits and stand out in pictures (in a bad way)

2. Look for options that are neutral in color or add a pop of color to your outfit, it’s all going to depend on the look you are going for, but have some fun with textures, colors and styles to add interest to your outfits. (Like the little crochet shoes I found for my daughter in the video).

3. Boots, leather sneakers, cowboy hats, etc make great choices for a photoshoot!

THE most comfortable pants ever! It was part of a set but I put it with another top I have from free people this time. It was great to slip in after a long day of Fourth of July activities. Not festive…but comfy! 🤩

I added all the other colors I plan on getting this set in as well as the other top and bra I got to wear with this specific color (I’ll show you that too soon). It’s going to be perfect for back to school time pick up line outfits. Comfy but cute and out together. 😍
