I also added weights in the flower box & then we used plastic wrapping to stuff the base of the flower box so the flowers would stay up.

Another affordable, fun & easy DIY for your wedding!

I used card stock for a thicker, better quality paper and printed the menus on my home printer. The back of the menu had a thank you note from my husband & I 🖤

I added each guest’s name tag on their menu so they would know exactly which seat was theirs.

I also included a small symbol on each menu to show chicken, fish or vegan so my servers could easily identify which meal was for each guest.

Treated my guests to a welcome bag at hotel checkin🖤 this detail set the tone for the whole weekend!

I packed some essentials: water, snacks, vitamins and hangover relief. Then packaged it in black gift bags to match the theme.

I added a custom newspaper page to each bag with wedding details, and things to do in the area. The back of the newspaper had a custom crossword with facts about hubby and I 🤭
