*Kid’s Room Decor: Boy’s Edition* One of the most important things to keep in mind when decorating a kids room is making sure they can grow with it. Rooms that are too childish or have specific themes will constantly need refreshing, so unless you have money to blow, you should always try making a room feel like it could work for a 5 or 15 year old. The easiest rule of thumb is using more timeless pieces for the big ticket items (I.e.: bed frames, dressers, etc) and be playful with the smaller items and decorative accessories. This was another layout I prepared prior to my LTK approval, so a few items can’t be linked. Namely: the nightstand by ikea; Rug by Nordic Knots; and the super cool ceiling light by Sazerac Stitches. Alternatives are linked ☺️ Kids decor | bedroom design | playful | target | west elm | nightstand | wallpaper LTKhome LTKfamily LTKkids
