I’ve been lovingggg the simplicity of my leg days so much!!!! 5 exercises 3-4 sets each. I’m currently in the lowerish rep range, 5-8’s. Focusing on both strength and hypertrophy. Keepin it simple sallllyyy! I’ve been following “Challenge You” for 10 weeks now and to say I’m so excited to re start it and continue building my strength within all my lifts is an understatement.
