By wet makeup spray, I mean any traditional liquid makeup spray. I like ones that add a little bit of a glow. My two favorites are @urbandecaycosmetics dewy all nighter setting spray (used in the video) and @milanicosmetics dewy setting spray. For a dry setting spray, it’s going to give you more of a natural matte finish and it usually comes in an aerosol.
