Holiday Baking Ideas
Sugar Cookie “Cupcakes”
- Use break and bake sugar cookie dough, roll into balls and dip in non pareil sprinkles. Place in a mini muffin pan and use your finger to hollow out the center. Bake as directed on packaging. Allow to fully cool before removing from muffin tin. Fill with frosting. I used regular, store-bought frosting. Optional to top with more sprinkles.
Peppermint Bark

- Recipe modified, substituted the semi-sweet chocolate with dark chocolate and LOVED this!
- I like to cut slices at room temp for clean edges and store in the refrigerator for best taste.
Jo’s Peanut Butter Balls
- Recipe from Magnolia Cookbook, Vol 2
- The filling is amazing. My only critique is there was too much Cocoa Krispies in the filling. Recommend starting with less cereal and adding more as needed.
Old-Fashion Roasted Pecans

- The easiest recipe of the bunch and makes your house smell amazing!
