We finally got ourselves a toddler tower & all I can say is that I wish we’d done it sooner. What is a toddler tower? It’s basically an enclosed step stool that your kiddo can climb into for easier (and safe!) access to your countertops. Why did I resist it? For the same reason I resist buying any new babies items - There is just so much you could possibly get! It can be hard to discern what’s worthwhile and what’s simply going to add to the clutter. So why did I give in? 1. The primary reason was that I honestly found myself sitting Libby on the counter more than I wanted. She often preferred to eat there vs. her high chair and I worried that one day she would fall off. The tower gives her the ability to eat at the counter without the risk. 2. Soon it’s going to be great for cooking together. I love the idea of having her in the kitchen with me while we make cookies or put together her lunch. Just think of the memories! 3. It’s actually pretty versatile. She can also stand in the tower to practice washing her hands in the sink, filling up her own cup, or doing crafts on the counter. 4. Realistically it doesn’t take up that much space. You can also get them in neutral colors so they can blend fairly well into your kitchen. 5. And honestly, I know we’re going to get a ton of use out of it. It’s something we’ll use everyday, multiple times a day. So in that case, how could we not get one? LTKfamily LTKkids LTKbaby
