The easiest one pot meal for the whole fam! family recipe, easy recipe, cooking essentials 1 lb ground beef ½ onion, diced 1 ½ tbsp Italian seasoning Salt & pepper, to taste Small can tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato paste 3-4 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup chopped veggies of choice (I used mini peppers) 2 cups bone broth 1 cup dried rice (rinse first) Handful of shredded cheese 1. In a large skillet, sauté the beef with some salt over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. 2. Add in the onion, chopped veggies, and garlic. Sauté for a couple of minutes until veggies soften. 3. Stir in the tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. 4. Add the rice, bone broth and tomatoes. stirring to combine. Cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and fluffy. 5. Remove from heat, top with shredded cheese, and mix until melty. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
