Darling, super simple sweet treat, just in time for spring! Yellow puffy flower: using floral cookie cutter, cut shape out of puff pastry dough & put each flower into cupcake pan, brush with egg wash and add course sugar - blind bake using package directions - add lemon filling when cool. Hand pie: use same flower cookie cutter and cut 2 large flowers. Cut a small flower out of the center and set aside. Egg wash edges of solid flower, add peach pie filling and top with other flower. Close edges by pressing with fingers or a fork. Egg wash petals, add course sugar & bake using package instructions.
