Overall rating: 7.8 Overall time: 7 I was able to make everything in less than 30 min, but the directions do say to let your falafel mixture sit in the fridge for at least an hour. I skipped this step! Difficulty: 7 I was scared my falafel mixture was going to fall apart when I tried to fry it, but it held together great! Taking the food processor out can be intimidating, but was super easy & quick! Also, while frying you can see towards the bottom when it starts to get golden that it’s easy to flip. Was also scared of burning them, so this was extra helpful! Cost effectiveness: 8 All ingredients you can find for around $3. Taste: 9 Sooooo good and I didn’t even have it sit in the fridge for an hour and was out of cilantro! Health: 8 Mostly chickpeas (high in fiber & protein) and you can opt for a whole grain pita bread! LTKfamily LTKVideo LTKhome
