Magnetic under cabinet lighting (rechargeable) - who says you have to pay hundreds of dollars for under cabinet lighting? 🙅🏻‍♀️ We didn’t choose this upgrade option for our new build (sad face since I really wanted them). But to cut costs, we had to cut out the under cabinet lighting too — fast forward 2 years later, I’m over it and instead these rechargeable LED lights are an awesome alternative! 2. Hidden Garbage/Recycle Bins - in another effort to cut costs during our building process, we decided to opt out of having the builder also install these hidden trash/recycle bins. Instead, I found this $100 kit on Amazon and my hubby installed it in less than an hour. Win for us both 🙌🏼 3. Hoover Cordless Wet Dry Vaccum - game changer in my house! Now I don’t dread mopping so much. I have done the traditional mop and bucket for years in my LVP, but it just gets more tedious and time consuming (and especially having 3 little ones running around, I want my floors cleaned more often than before).
