Probably my most habit- stacked 30 minutes of my day. Pre-sauna I apply hair & face mask + dry brush. During the sauna I do a full body stretch, wood paddle lymphatic drainage with body oil. I can also get in a nice breath work meditation. After, it’s all about hydration & moisturizing .These are my tried and true products! And remember to never bring plastic into the sauna!
