The quality feels great and the heel looks sturdy. I recommend going up half a size because otherwise you will step on some of the crystals at the toe of the shoe. For reference I am a size 10 and have a narrow foot. I bought these heels in a 10 1/2 (42). The 41 fit, but I was stepping on the crystals. LTKshoecrush
