Ooooh wanted to share this!! I bought one in March after listening to a bio hacking episode and wanting to help with bone density. Turns out this has been the BEST THING EVER for my lymphatic edema issues🙌🏻 I use this EVERY morning for 5 mins, then again before workout. My husband who likes to make jokes about my crunchy ways has also been using it when he remembers before working out since Summer! It’s suggested to not use more than 15 mins per day, in the beginning I went over that as I would do it 3x a day. Now things run as they should and just do 10 mins total!
But seriously, research how these have helped with building more bone density. If you’re over 30, nows the time to get serious. By 40+, even more important. Had a hysterectomy, through menopause? Get on it!
