Welcome back to our kitchen , everyone! Today, we're cooking up a delicious, juicy ribeye steak using our favorite Hexclad 10-inch hybrid frying pan. We’re reverse sear our steak for that perfect finish. First, we’ll bake the ribeye until it reaches an internal temperature of 125 degrees. Once it’s just right, we’ll take it out and sear it on the Hexclad pan for that beautiful crust. Keep in mind Hexclad cookware requires much less oil for frying! What we love about this pan is its versatility! You can literally do anything on it! The even heating is what really makes a huge impact when you are making a thick steak like this!
