The 3 things I do daily to feel amazing at 58, five years post menopause:
PRIORITIZE PROTEIN
I build meals around protein dense foods like meat, fish and eggs, fill in with colorful produce. I aim for at least one gram of protein per pound of ideal body weight but usually go higher
WALK
I used to aim for 10,000 steps a day. Several months ago I increased to 15,000 steps a day as a bare minimum and I am loving how my sleep and energy levels have improved (and so has my ass!)
PLANKS
I have been doing planks daily for years (usually on my balance trainer) because they’re a great full body workout that’s amazing for core strength.
