“BIKINI FRIENDLY”FRENCH ONION DIP
10 grams protein, 80 calories
For one serving:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used 2%)
onion salt- I use Redmond
1 teaspoon dehydrated onions (optional)
Combine in a small bowl- use the onion salt to taste (I go pretty heavy!) Tastes best if it sits in the fridge for a bit to let the flavors mingle.
Enjoy with raw veggies or whatever you like. Also makes an amazing topping for burgers!
