CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SHAKE
42 grams protein, 330 calories
one cup 2% cottage cheese
1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons granulated monkfruit sweetener
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1/4- 1/2 cup water to blend
Throw it all in the blender and blend until COMPLETELY smooth- no chunks of cottage cheese or cauliflower.
